Process Improvement Consultant (French Speaking)

My client, a market leading Financial Services company are looking to recruit an Operation Process and Improvement Consultant to join their international team. The role will work across 2 main sites in the North West (UK) and Southern France (Aix en Provence) and be responsible for identifying and uncovering areas of opportunity within the operational areas of the business to improve the customer journey. As well as this, the role will present written processes and provide business recommendations that improve timings and simplify operations.

Must be able willing to travel internationally and be fluent in French

Role Deliverables

Identify areas of challenging processes and work to improve with process owners

Use MI analysis to identify performance gaps, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions

Develop close relationships with all operational areas across Europe to provide leadership, support and collaboration

Provide documented evidence of proposed outcomes of improvements

Role Requirments

Previous experience working in a Process & Continuous Improvement role – Lean, Six Sigma

Ability to prioritise own work load, plan and follow through to completion

Change management ability by using own initiative/decision making

Ability to influence and negotiate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility to be able to travel (France)
