The Client

My client a fast growth Tech are looking for a Permanent Salesforce CRM Operations Analyst for their Salesforce Team in London. This is a new position within my client’s organisation, and you will play a role as a Salesforce Operations Analyst. You’ll be ideally experienced with SQL, Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service Clouds being able to deliver the finest solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. It would be beneficial if you have previous experience of being in a Business Operations Team.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Supports the discovery of Digital needs with the regions, product families and Marketing Operations
  • Collaborates with Marketing Operations to ensure the journeys in SFMC of all regions are aligned
  • Understands future training needs and communicates that to the proper parties •
  • Undertakes several international travels as required
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service Clouds
  • You will introduce the new SFDC tool, identify gaps in processes, offer support and change management input, train users on best practices and updates
