Service Desk Analyst 

6 Month Contract, £120 per day / £15 per hour 

1st Line Support 

The Company

My client is a market leading financial services provider based close to Nantwich. They specialise in providing insurance products via digital operational channels. 

The Role

The role is a 6-month contract to support a growing Service Desk function, delivering first class infrastructure and application support.

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

-       Provide timely and accurate 1st line support for staff based in European headquarters

-       Log tickets and act as 1st point of contact for all issues

-       Ownership of incidents, root cause identification, fixes and documentation

-       Escalate tickets as necessary

-       Shift pattern work required

 

Essential Skills

-       Active Directory

-       Office365 / Skype for Business

-       Windows 7/10

-       SCCM, Ticketing, Issue Resolution
