The Company

My Client a global provider of Unified Communications and specialise in the delivery and integration of cloud-based collaboration systems.

The Role

The client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for delivery of product or service offerings for their clients, from inception through installation. This role will typically involve the interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and members of other cross-functional teams

Main Requirements

  • Strong experience in a Project Management role within contact centre environments or highly complex and large-scale office environments
  • Experience in Contact Centre and Unified Communications
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and/or other related products
  • Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to identify, analyse, interpret and solve issues
  • Experience in project managing complex omni-channel contact centre projects, including the delivery of components such as IVR design, Workforce Management, Workforce Optimisation and CRM integration
